The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. The worst experience of our visit was the almost overpowering cigarette smell in our smoking room. A simple spray each day would eliminate this. Other than that one thing, the availability of a smoking room (in an all-smoking room building) was great. I will stay at this Best Western again on my next visit to Sheridan. The free, cooked-to-order breakfast was great.
