Customer Reviews for Best Western Cottontree Inn Rawlinscustomer rating 1 out of 5 I was traveling with my spouse and 2 young children. I found the room to be very dirty and outdated. Upon arrival we found several hairs in the bathroom and the comforter on one bed was soiled with mud. My 2 year old found several loose nails in the room. Thankfully he brought them straight to us. The hotel staff was friendly and our waitress in the restaurant was nice and prompt. Would look elsewhere if we were to stop in Rawlins again. Restaurant staff was nice. Dirty and outdated. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Decent hotel in a very small town with few options for lodging. Staff were very nice, professional, and helpful. Convenient location. Clean. customer rating 4 out of 5 I would have gotten a better deal by $20 bucks. I was taken aback when I asked the rate when checking in...
