Hot tub was not hot enough. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Hotel is located close to the heart of Jackson Hole. Very comfortable room with a nice mattress. Someone had used the "real" fireplace prior to us and we couldn't get the damper closed so we smelled smoke all night as the cold air bl Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable!
