This would have been an ideal stay in a very nice hotel except for the hotels inability to deal with loud obnoxious drunken guests literally yelling at the top of their lungs in hallways, pounding on each others doors and all of this lasting from about 10pm until after 1am. Calls to the front desk did no good. Staff was either unable to deal with the situation or unwilling. I doubt it would have been the right thing to do but this was the first time I ever considered calling the police while staying in a hotel. There was some sort of large group staying at the hotel and the staff just wasn't equipped to deal with large disorderly groups. Location is right off highway. Staff not able to deal with loud noisy and drunken guests. customer rating 4 out of 5 We had a great time. Everyone was very accommodating. They didn't have much room for a Saturday or Sunday morning breakfast, we had to stand and eat. Otherwise our experience was fantastic. Friendliness of the hotel staff. When we needed something, they were wonderful! The handle on the tub fell off right away, hotel was older. customer rating 3 out of 5 The walls were very thin, we could hear someone snoring in the other rooms next to us.
