The floors were filthy in our room and bathroom was falling apart. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 This hotel was a disaster! It could be nice with some better management! Pool area was nice but the pool had garbage floating in it. The light in my parents room didn't work. At 10pm their TV didn't get all of the channels yet mine did (different brands of older TV's). When I checked in there was a dirty towel on the bathroom door. When we left for the day and returned my room was not cleaned. I called to tell the desk and they said, "Oh, yep, he just missed it." So I said, Well I'm gonna need clean towels at least." She told me to come down and get some. Three trashy girls came in and asked if they could use the pool because they were some guy's girlfriend and the front desk said yes. The rooms stunk. The heat was either really hot or you had to turn it off and then froze. We were there two nights and they never fixed the light which was a fire hazard! Pathetic! The pool was warm and my teenage girls loved the tanning beds. Noisy until all hours and they didn't even clean my room!
