The continental breakfast area wasn't easy to work with when a lot of people waiting. customer rating 3.6 out of 5 Not a family friendly hotel as far as privacy and hearing other guests. The staff was excellent. The walls of the rooms were too thin. We had a nonsmoking room but it smelled like smoke. customer rating 3.8 out of 5 This hotel could easily rise in my rankings by simply having more service staff particularly at the front desk. The manager was often there but wasn't helping. Housekeeping was thorough and attentive. The staff person who was on hand during breakfast. The front desk person (each day) was stretched too thin.
