Overall, it was OK -- if I was to comment to help with improvements, I would say uniformly trained maid service. One day we received no wash cloths, one day we received no soaps or shampoos. One day we came home to find everything that we had on the Reasonable rate close to our work location. Maid service wasn't consistent. customer rating 1 out of 5 The room was dirty. However I am more disappointed in the quality. The outside was rundown and felt unsafe. If this is a two star then I don't want to see a one star. Room was dirty and rooms were outside.
