I was lied to by staff and I don't appreciate that! They placed me in a handicapped room and told me there were no other rooms available. I asked if all people had checked it (at 4:30 pm). They said no but that no other rooms were available. I was in the business, I know better. Nothing. The staff, the decor. customer rating 4 out of 5 Parking, and staff. Walking distance from the convention center, great dining close by and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. AMAZING!! This is by far one of the nicest hotels. Planning a return trip w/my husband for a little romance. Unloading upon arrival was a little confusing on where it was acceptable to park and unload due to the signs.
