They were allowed to run and scream up + down the halls. They took over the pool + hot tub screaming way past quiet hours which were 10pm to 8am.They were up and screaming in the pool at 6am.There appeared to be no chaperons and the staff did nothing except tell me, I requested a pool side room, which didn't it was the roomsupplied.It was a really nice hotel, but the staff let the teenagers run rampant - very poor customer service. The restaurant food and staff were excellent. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Close to food and Downtown. Just OK restaurants, not open late. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The valet parking was great except for the day we came in and there was a large crowd and we had to try to haul everything out of the way without any carts. The rest of the time we loved Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. When we had an issue with the temperature they fixed it immediately. The pool was really cold.
