Customer Reviews for Best Western Countryside Inn Lodicustomer rating 3 out of 5 No running water in room for a couple of hours before checking out, unable to shower, temperature was only 15 to 20 degree outside and their well water pipe frozen - exposed broken glasses to fire extinguisher, children can get hurt - ice bucket cover filthy and smeared with something on it, disgusting and made me wondered about the cleanliness of the whole room.Me and my daughter first to show up at pool prior to check out and there was no towels on the towel rack - pool personal flotation device 'improper', inner tube ring seam broken off and vinyl peeling off, disgusting - telephone number for local pizza on guest's information book and desk top ad out of date. called pizza place a few times and could not reach anybody. went down to lobby and they told me the pizza place burned down. hello! Breakfast was not good, went into town to visit Northern Edge and it was GOOD! Beds are comfortable and room size nice. Lack of amenities around the hotel, had to travel a few miles to get into local town. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Decent rooms, comfy beds, huge bath soaker tub in room, very warm pool, hot tub, friendly staff & slightly below average for continental breakfast. Easy access to 90/94. Warm pool & nice hot tub huge bathtub in room. Mediocre breakfast. customer rating 4 out of 5 My wife was able to access the shower ( she has cancer and has trouble walking). The heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work very well.
