Registration was perfect and effortless, despite the fact we had made reservations for part of the stay with one company under my name, and the other part of the stay with another company unde Friendly staff, over-and-above effort to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. Front door was hard to open - needs a handicap button to automatically open it (my husband's disabled, and had difficulty).
