I think they gave me the worst room they had. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The decor was extremely nice. The rooms were very well kept. The building itself was nice. The location was great, and the amenities were perfect. The only thing I didn't like was that the iron and ironing board were kind of old. customer rating 2 out of 5 The hotel had a lot of issues. The room was 90 degrees when I wanted to go to bed because the hotel had turned off the AC to save money. Crappy people care. Location. Air conditioning, elevators, parking, staff courtesy, keys not working for the door and continuously having to re-key.
