It was impossible to set it correctly because the knobs were faulty. I was either too hot or freezing all night. Yet my overall experience at this hotel was outstanding and I would absolutely stay there again if I had to travel to this area again. The friendly and professional staff along with the clean and upscale interior of this hotel made up for the industrial area this hotel was in. Even as a female traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable (once inside the hotel). As soon as I stepped into the lobby I felt very comfortable. The hotel was extremely clean and very luxurious. Staff was very friendly & professional. The area this hotel is in was very questionable. My room was located on the ground floor which made me a bit uncomfortable, given the surroundings. customer rating 4 out of 5 Overall, this is a nice hotel. You can tell high quality materials were used to build this hotel. The breakfast was the best feature with an excellent choice of foods and drinks. Our bathroom needed and exhaust fan. Our TV was a newer flat panel set. They serve an excellent breakfast. It was great we could walk to restaurants and the staff was very friendly.
