Noise in surrounding rooms and aisles. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 My son burned his hand on a light at this hotel and the hotel management has not contacted us about this issue. The light was three feet off the ground and very hot, it instantly left a quarter size burn on his hand. I liked the swimming pool and hot tub. Great for kids. This hotel was OK- probably would not stay again- constant problems with the elevator, the restaurant was a disaster- waited 45 minutes to get waited on, food was terrible, they didn't seem to care we had waited so long or that we were unhappy with quality of food for the price. When we asked where we could at least order pizza nobody seemed to know. When the elevators worked it took forever to get one. The pool was good. The pool was not too deep- good for younger children.
