Friendly staff. The pool had a thick film on top of it. The jacuzzi was not hot, and my room smelt like musty cigarette. customer rating 1 out of 5 Not good. Barking dog, kids running in and out of rooms and up and down halls, just too noisy to get any sleep. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The hotel was clean, but could really use some updating; also even though it was non-smoking, you could tell at one time it definitely was a smoking room. It was clean. No elevator - we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs!
