The room was below a two star rating. The noise of neighboring guest rooms prevented a good night sleep. The website states that the hotel offers an airport pickup, but when you call from the airport the receptionists tells you that a 24 hour notific Convenient to downtown Spokane. The room window sills and curtains were extremely dirty. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Not impressed and won't recommend this hotel to anyone. You could here every car, person and dog barking outside our room. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Old, I felt leary of sleeping bed. Put chair at the door, area seemed poor. It had a fridge and microwave and was clean. Too many people milling about outside, loud.
