Customer Reviews for Best Western Pioneer Square Hotel Seattlecustomer rating 5 out of 5 “Diamond in the rough.” Pioneer Square is an older part of town, so the exterior appeared industrial and not very approachable esthetically; however, once inside the main lobby, our minds were changed and the rooms were in excellent condition. Would recommend for adults. Not sure if hotel is set up for family with younger children. Nice location; excellent staff; room was exquisite. The bell person did not assist us with our bags upon arrival. He just sat behind the stand on his cell phone. customer rating 5 out of 5 Staff very friendly and helpful. I could not sleep the first night the traffic noise was so great. It is right next to a major highway.
