Front desk staff was understaffed; at one point they couldn't even answer the phone. customer rating 3 out of 5 When we checked in, we were given a room that shared a wall with the elevator. The room had a constricted entry that the luggage cart would not fit through, and the elevator was extremely noisy. Asked to be moved - another room was available, but was next to the vending machines for our floor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable Price was reasonable, breakfast OK. Parking expensive, halls cluttered with housecleaning supplies, full cost of parking not disclosed. customer rating 1 out of 5 This hotel should be a one star, I would not stay at this location again. Nice towels, and bed was OK. Old, dirty hallways, very dated, dark lobby, and bad neighborhood.
