Good business hotel with a decent restaurant attached. Quality of linens and water pressure were poor. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Did not meet the expectations or caliber of Holiday Inn, property was not kept up, best thing was the front desk staff they weathered it well. other wise not a hotel I will revisit. Poor room quality, hole in walls, bathroom undersized, no hot water, food trays in hall way over three days. customer rating 2 out of 5 We weren't very happy. Supposed to be a 3 star and was not as nice of any 2 1/2 we've stayed at. Convenient to freeways and shopping. Keys didn't work, old room at the end of a very long hallway and outdated.
