In last of remodel stage, front entrance closed off. customer rating 5 out of 5 Excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms all add up to a very enjoyable experience. I will be booking any future stays in Puyallup at this hotel. This hotel is currently under construction for remodel, and yet I never felt like I was in a construction zone. The heater/air conditioner is behind the curtain. When I tried to cool the room off I had to have them open. Which isn't always convenient. customer rating 5 out of 5 What a great surprise! This is the way all hotels used to be--highly professional staff, immaculate facilities, nice clean room, wifi and cable TV, and a healthy continental breakfast. With the front entrance under renovation, we were rerouted through the back door and I initially feared that construction chaos would offset the bargain price. It was not an issue. All-around great property and staff, total pros and well maintained, the way hotels used to be. The location is a bit out of the way of the I-5 corridor but just off a major highway.
