Customer Reviews for Best Western Alderwood Lynnwoodcustomer rating 2 out of 5 Poor experience. Room was very dirty. Sure, the seen surfaces were clean, and sure it had clean sheets and clean towels. But it was just the parts one can see that were clean. It smelled dirty, it was dusty and a clear sign that staff is not vacuum it properly and not dusting off all parts of the room. Also, the towels were awful, felt like sand paper, hard and cheap. Will not stay again. Location, near the convention center. Hotel is in serious need of renovation. Also, room was not clean, it appeared to be clean, but it was not. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Great value, friendly staff, clean rooms and close to major stores, restuarants and freeway. Front counter staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel was lovely, comfortable and clean. We would stay there again, as it's in a great area.
