We had surgery scheduled for the nearby hospital early in the morning. It was conveniently located close to the hospital where we had to be by 5:30 AM. Because the Seattle/Tacoma area had a snow/ice storm, perhaps the hotel was out of different amenities in the room, i.e., shampoo and regular coffee. customer rating 4 out of 5
It is a budget hotel with decent service with free breakfast. Gym facility was minimal, but convenient. Downside was heater/hot water. Heater was so noisy that my parents and I woke up during the night. Hot water was not hot enough initially, and had Hotel has complementary breakfast that I did not expect. Heater in the room was noisy enough to wake up people during the night. customer rating 2 out of 5 Get the rating down to 2 star and not 3 star. I paid $10 more than what the hotel was charging, because of the poor rating system. All other 3 star hotels in the area were charging $130+ and this one $65 and I paid $75.00. To say I am unha Nothing, I overpaid for this hotel because the star rating was way off! This was a rip off!
