This did not just happen & had been out for a longtime. No offer to replace with another or attempt to rectify. Close to my location. Our telephone was broken & staff knew this. Needed a wakeup call for show. Staff also gave bad directions to our show which made us late. customer rating 4 out of 5 I would stay here again any time I'm passing through the area.
