Charge for internet, no outlets in room. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Overall, this hotel would be receiving an outstanding rating if the housekeeping staff weren't as lazy as they appeared to be. I walked into a nice corner room that had extremely large windows and it was very bright. At night, I noticed an extremely large stain on the comforter since the stain couldn't be seen in the day light but could be by the room lighting. Front desk was notified and the comforter was not removed, but thrown on the floor. The next day, the staff did not remove it once again. I informed them to take care of it when I went to dinner. After the third notification after dinner, I brought it down to them and left it at the front counter. Next day came back from work and the comforter was still missing. The staff also did not remove any of the trash from day to day so it did seem to accumulate (for a business traveler that performs a ton of work at a hotel, trash seems to pile up. I couldn't see how a family would get by with this service.) Long story short, the hotel is great, but the housekeeping staff is terrible. The overall location of this building is great for the Tysons Area. The sheets/linens were not washed up to standards and needed replaced before I could stay in the room. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 This hotel is undergoing renovation. It may be fine when this is completed. However, at the moment, not all the facilities are in working order. For example, the computer was not working at check-in and the TV was not working properly.
