Upon arriving the desk clerk was rude and complaining about everything at check in.
Vodka bottle on the ground added an air of class. Carpet dirty,clerk rude,hole in wall. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 <BR/>We couldn't check in according to the time on my reservation . The people in charge tried to get us to cancel our reservation<BR/>and then pay for the five days with them.<BR/> The bed and mattress were stained from bed bu Nothing. Dirty, everywhere you look or walk it's dirty and disgusting. customer rating 3 out of 5 Have stayed at this hotel many times, but this time was so different. Did not get the type room I made reservations for, the room saturated with cigarette smoke and not the type of room I had made reservations for. Not many people were at the hotel so the The staff were very nice. Did not get a receipt and did not appreciate with reservations.
