They said<BR/>I selected smoking-room<BR/> which I did not hence I had to pay more. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 there was a spiderweb behind the TV with a spider in it. there was an inch of dirt around the baseboards, they did not restock the coffee, had to go out and buy some for the coffeemaker.
