Beds are uncomfortable and the HVAC is loud. customer rating 4 out of 5 We chose this hotel because of the indoor-outdoor pool. It looked exactly like the pictures online. My children loved it and made full use of it. I rarely jump in the pool, but made an exception in this case (mainly relaxed in the hot tub, which is conveniently located in the pool, so I can watch my kids while chatting with adults too bad it isn't an indoor-outdoor hot tub).
The rooms were comfortable, and clean. They had updated decor and the amenities and layout you would expect for a hotel with at least a 3-star rating. We slept well. Minor pet peeve: not enough hangers in the closet. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet service. You go to the lobby restaurant, but there is no one to greet you. It is not clear if it is seat yourself or not. You can see wait staff moving from table to table purposefully not making eye contact with you. Eventually the couple in front of us waved a waitress down, who escorted them to a table, but she never returned to us. I asked a couple at a nearby table if we can seat ourselves and they said, "We don't know. We just sat down because no one told us what to do." After getting our food from the buffet, I eventually walked over to a waitress and told her where we were sitting and could we please place our drink order (no drinks at the buffet). I had to flag her down again to request drink re-fills, which we never got. It was not that busy. Needless to say, we did not return to the restaurant for the remainder of our stay (4 more nights). I bought fruit, cereal and milk for our room and got my coffees elsewhere. My children loved this hotel. The indoor-outdoor pool with hot tub was their favorite part. I loved the pillows. There were not enough hangers in the closet. The service during the morning breakfast buffet was terrible.
