I know check in was 3 but we arrived a little early and would have liked a room then, but was told none were available. customer rating 2 out of 5 Air conditioning and shower worked well.. Bed was too soft,room was located near noisy elevator,kept me awake at night. customer rating 5 out of 5 Hotel was very nice just did not like the fact that we were in a room that was on a floor being painted. Don't get the best rooms. It was very convenient to shopping and dining. They put us on a floor that they were painting and the outside hall was not as clean as it could be.
