Customer Reviews for Sheraton Richmond Park South Hotel Richmondcustomer rating 0.5 out of 5 I was allowed to check in early, the representative forgot to check me in after his audit and I was locked out my room and charged twice for a prepaid room and did not use the room for the length of my reservation. I've worked for the hotel industry for years and did not appreciate the way management handled this inconvenience.. I asked for early check in, got kicked out less than 24hrs. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I would highly recommend the hotel to others traveling in the Richmond, VA area. The service was good, the people were friendly, the rooms are beautiful. I can see bringing a large group there for a conference or coming back on vacation or just as a weekend getaway. I will stay again. Loved the decor, loved the room, it is a beautiful hotel and I would stay there again when I am in the area. customer rating 5 out of 5 I would definitively stay in this hotel again. Loved being able to bring my dog with me. My son and I had a work out in the gym (small but very nice). Indoor pool nice temp for being in the February. We check out at noon was a plus. Very nice staff at front desk. Pets friendly had my 75lb German Shepard with me. OK work-out room.
