Especially, the hotel staff were very kind and ready to help. Amenities like telephone were not properly maintained. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I had no problems at all with this hotel. The price was good and the room was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great hotel for the price. Power went out because of storm but didn't stay out long. customer rating 4 out of 5 I always have my needs met at the Holiday Inn Express. Thank you. The staff was absolutely great and personable. The shower faucet was loose and difficult to manage.
