It was clean and nice I would stay there again. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Would like to know if you have smoking rooms. I actually brought an ashtray so I did not leave cigarette butts around & we smoked outside. Again, I'm disabled, & I SO appreciate the gentleman's efforts at the front desk, there just wasn't anything available. We loved the hotel & I wanted juice in the morning & my room mate was able to get me some with NO problems at the FREE breakfast to bring me some, very appreciated. Our grandchildren came to see us in the morning & the other grandmother, who lives in Norfolk, LOVED the hotel, and will be recommended it! However, I got bug bites...looked like mosquito bites & a cluster on my behind. I wasn't really happy about that! All and all, the hotel was very nice and your employees above and beyond professional/polite. So regardless of the bug thing, I would highly grade Priceline & the Best western/Norfolk we stayed at! Employees & appearance was EXCELLENT. Again, the people that live in Norfolk came there in the morning and werevery impressedas well. Thank you. "Partner" is my "room mate" at home no romantic relationship, but I very CLOSE friend! I'm disabled, & although the front desk triedvery hardto get my room changed, couldn't.
