Woke up to no electricity in the entire hotel. I was not able to eat breakfast, iron my suit or blow dry my hair. The hotel did not offer anything to compensate for this huge inconvenience. Rooms are old, not taken care of (remote did not work Nothing at all! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. customer rating 4.5 out of 5

The breakfast service (complimentary) was nice, but even that did not justify the price of the ro The location - close to offices and shopping is a winner.
