In all my 40+ years of traveling, I've never walked in on another guest because I was given the same room key. When I went back to the lobby, the staff, who were none too friendly to begin with, told me that "they were tired of fixing so I had to stay only one (horrible) night. Room occupied by another guest; unparsed, unapologetic staff. Dirty, noisy room. customer rating 5 out of 5
