Door latch sticks, key kept failing, towels not replaced with new ones after used ones were taken. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Waited a long time to check in, my bed looks like it was slept in, my shower did not work and also did not drain. Ice machine was broken. When I left in the morning I told the attendant about my problems and she just said I'm sorry. There was a bed. My bed was a mess and my shower didn't work. Plus the ice machine was broken. customer rating 1 out of 5 I will never go here again. The room was gross. Carpet stained, and the room reeked. The people that live at the hotel were loud and drunk. I would not tell anyone to go here. Especially if you have children. Spend the extra little bit of money for a bett Nothing. Gross. Did not like anything.
