I would recommend this hotel to all who are on a budget and want a comfortable place to stay. Clean, hospitable and close to restaurants, shopping and I95. I would return. Exceeded my expectations for a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was great! Staff friendly, helpful. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Did not have shuttle service to airport, private or commercial. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Modern and new. The internet amenities information and staff were misleading about inclusion of complimentary breakfast. customer rating 2.1 out of 5 The general manager was very kind to offer assistance when needed but staff was hard to work with and the lack of a source key for the business center computer was grating on me. It had aroof overhead. No room service for two days and business center not ready.
