Customer Reviews for Best Western Windsor Inn & Suites Danvillecustomer rating 0.5 out of 5 Even though we were told by the front desk staff that smoking rooms were only located on one side of the first floor there were hotel guests smoking throughout the entire hotel on all floors. The exercise room and equipment is at best extremely poor. The mattresses are very cheap. My family and I were very disappointed with this hotel. Leaving with the knowledge of never staying at this hotel again is the only positive about this Best Western. The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel is very good value, I was pleasantly surprised with clean and well kept nice rooms. Of course it is no 5-star establishment, but more than adequate for a few nights stay. Very good value for the price.
