The bar was inviting and friendly. Friendly, prompt, and well decorated. The restaurant staff needs to be replaced. Food was fine, but service was horrible. customer rating 3 out of 5 The staff was moderately helpful. It was tough to get a cab. The room was OK. It was walking distance to the Metro Line. The restaurant felt like a High School Cafeteria. Also, the location is billed as "Old Town;" but, the hotel was several miles from Downtown. customer rating 5 out of 5 For the price we payed this was an excellent hotel. We had a great view of "The world of Tomorrow" (many highways/skyway's/circular off ramps visible from our penthouse room. Ample free parking. Free wifi a little slow. Great bli They forgot 2 change us 2 rm w/2beds. So they did not charge us for 2 beds - we only payed $45/nite. The beds sagged at the headboard - like sleeping downhill. The recumbent bike was broken.
