Customer Reviews for Hilton Alexandria Mark Center Alexandriacustomer rating 3.5 out of 5 I loved the room and staff, but they charge $18 a day for self park and if yoy don't pay with a credit card for it (we used a debit card) they put a $50 hold for everyday on your debit card. Also to use the Internet is $9.95 a day and the room service was priced outrageously! $12.95 for a little portion of food. I really liked the hotel but we just hated all the fees! Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Too many fees! customer rating 1.5 out of 5 The hotel was expensive most amenities had to pay extra. Cost of the in house restaurant. Was not kid friendly. Staff was not interactive and most had poor attitudes. Cost, no wi-fi, had to pay for everything. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Being a Diamond Hilton Honors member, I stay at Hilton facilities quite regularly. I use Priceline when I can & for obvious reasons. At check-in for this stay the attendant noticed my status and upgraded me to the suite for my single night stay. I thought it a waste being that it was already after 11pm and I would be departing by 9am in the morning, however, I was quite thankful to say the least. I awoke to a beautiful sunrise over DC and enjoyed the view of the monuments and Capitol building afar. Upgraded to suite by front desk. Valet slow & inattentive.
