The first room I was given was very rustic. You could hear the person above you just walking around. The second room they gave me was 100 square feet. I will never stay there again and will do more research before I rent a room in that area again. Not that great for older people who need a bit more comfort. The rooms were tight, and the bathroom was very small. It was also a little noisy.
