Room needed lots of repair. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Too far from the lobby to room to walk quickly. The ice machines on our floor and the floor below us did not work. Toilet handle fell off, toilet leaked and ran. The fridge did not keep the food cold and most everything had to be thrown out. customer rating 5 out of 5 The facility was clean. The only problem we had was with the keys. They wouldn't work. When the staff were made aware of it, they did something to the keys and they worked for the most part. Otherwise, I had no complaints. We were able to have our rooms close together, in fact they accommodated us with connecting rooms for our teen age girls. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
