Clean rooms and the only person I saw when I checked in and out was friendly:) Clean rooms and very quiet (good night sleep). At breakfast everything was empty, and did not get refilled until it was almost over. customer rating 2 out of 5 I was disappointed with the quality of the room -- mostly because the bed was unattractive and the bedspread felt dirty. Spoiled the stay and took best western down a notch for me. The towels in the bathroom were thread bare and over washed. The televisio The bed spreads were dirty looking and obviously past their prime. Towels old and low quality. customer rating 2 out of 5 Good if you need a place to stay for a night while passing through. Good Breakfast. Staff members ignore you, don't treat you as a guest but rather you are an inconvenience to them and their day. Clean Lobby, decent rooms, good breakfast. Staff/Front Desk employee had bad customer service, not friendly, slow to check me in.
