Once they have your money, you are stuck with whatever room they give you -- doesn't matter if you need nonsmoking or two beds. Nothing. Horrible front desk help. Everything inside the room seemed updated and was done nicely. My kids always want to swim and the pool is outside which doesn't work for February!
