The door to the room did not seem to keep out the noise of the hall. The alarm on the radio went off at 5:00 am. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Economical, reasonable price for the room. Wonderful bedding. Wonderful pillows and sheets, very friendly staff. Very noisy, not as clean as expected. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 It is a good place to sleep but not many things to do within it. The staff is friendly and helpful, easy access from the freeway, plenty of space for parking and also safe. If you expect excellent quality, this is not the place. The location, very close to freeway access and other businesses. The cleanliness of the curtains shower and room carpet. Not much to choose for the continental breakfast. customer rating 5 out of 5
It needs improvement in the breakfast department and also when booking they should have told us that we were not able to use the pool or spa the computer was not functioning and they did not mention wifi was available until the last day we were there The customer service, the young man and young female were very nice and accommodating. We could not use the computer, pool, spa, the food was bread and cereal nothing great, no fresh fruits.
