We enjoyed the bigger screen TV, the microwave and the fridge in the room, and the breakfast options. The beds were comfortable and I liked that the room had a larger screen TV, microwave, micro-fridge, and an ironing boar/iron. The room was a little smaller than anticipated. customer rating 2 out of 5 It was OK, not to sound snobby, but it sure wasn't like most 2.5 star hotels. It wasn't what I expected for a regular Best Western, certainly not a "Plus". Needs a serious makeover to be competitive. Not a 2.5 star quality hotel. Wore down and a tad dirty. OK price, good location. Overall condition of facility. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The hotel staff was friendly, but the room was not to my satisfactory. The curtains did not open/close very well. The heater would blow warm air then cool air. I don't know if they accept pets, but someone across the hall had 2 dogs with them. It just wasn't a place that I would have picked to stay. I did not feel this was a 7 out of 10 star hotel. I would have given it a 5. Front desk was friendly. That someone had a couple of dogs across the hall.
