Not very helpful staff, not working pool, problems with room keys. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 We have stayed in all kinds of hotels and this was the creepiest. The room was poorly lit- could not read in bed-TV barely worked and the room smelled like a combination of industrial strength cleansers and unknown chemicals. It was just plain awful- Best Western should be ashamed-on our return trip we stayed on the Comfort Inn which was a palace by comparison and $20 a night cheaper. Absolutely nothing.
