The little extras made a big difference, hair dryer iron and ironing board in each room. The beds were too hard. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Dirty, old towels, and <BR/>disrespectful staff. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 This hotel is a 1 star hotel, it had plywood under the mattress toilet was loose and leaked around bottom, did not have amenities that was did they offered.I was very disappointed with my experience. I liked the location of the hotel I had several issues with hotel.
