Customer Reviews for Sheraton Gunter Hotel San Antoniocustomer rating 5 out of 5 My husband and I didn't know what to expect of this hotel and made the trip plans at the last minute. The hotel hadn't even received our reservation when we arrived, but the hotel staff was very gracious. They gave us an upgrade to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were able to use the breakfast area and have drinks in the evening on the top floor. Our room was so inviting and the bed linens were top quality. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. My husband couldn't stop raving about the over-sized pillows! The lobby of the hotel shows off the "old world charm" we were looking for and the bar is quaint and beautiful. We can't wait to go back! The setting is "Old World Charm" and very romantic.
