Front desk staff were always pleasant and accommodating. Pool was not clean. Rooms are very dark. Good location, Lots of parking, close to Riverwalk/ Alamo Shuttle was only available one of four days we were there customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Hotel is a little dated, the bath soap has a hair when I opened from the package, really gross. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Complimentary shuttle to downtown/riverwalk some days. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great housekeeping. Always had a nice room to come back to. You have to request a fridge/microwave and wait until one becomes available. But they will bring it up as soon as they have it and connect it fast..
