Customer Reviews for Best Western Park Suites Hotel Planocustomer rating 4.5 out of 5 Flat sheets instead of fitted sheets on the mattress are my personal pet peeve. Flat sheets come loose and are uncomfortable. When I made my concerns about the sheet known to the manager, she and the staff immediately began to work to make us comfortable. The staff was very helpful and did their best to make us comfortable. The only negative is that there are flat instead of fitted sheets on the mattress.
