Friendly staff, and the clerk allowed an early check-in upon arrival! Price of the food for the breakfast dining was too expensive for the quality of food and choice of food selection! customer rating 2 out of 5 Very disappointed. We have stayed at this very hotel in the past and was very pleased. This stay at the Holiday Inn was not so pleasant. The cleaning staff needs to be in serviced on cleaning rooms/bathroom areas. The bed/sleeping area was reasonable. I would only rate this hotel 1 to maybe 1.5 star. I am however, pleased that I did not pay full price for this accommodation. Again, very disappointed in the Holiday Inn. Fairly close to the event in which was the reason for our travel to Lubbock. Prior guest hair in the tub/shower, left over soap from prior guest in the shower, and moldy grout in shower/tub area. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Price. Breakfast buffet was barely warm.
